How long does my order take to ship?

All candles are made to order so will take 2 weeks to cure, and a day to package & post. Orders can sometimes be sent earlier, if requested (make a note in your order or message us beforehand) - but please note that the fragrances require 2 weeks to settle, so you will not experience the full scent blend until the date stated on your candle.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Unfortunately not at this time. Please message in with any larger scale queries and if there is demand, I will open up international orders.

What is your return policy? 

All items are packaged to ensure no breakages en route. If you change your mind about the item and it is completely undamaged (including packaging), you can do a partial return at your own cost for return postage. Lumaya will retain a small cost for packaging and postage. Message directly for any issues, and for returns address.
